Appointment cancelled 2 minutes before appointment

I was looking at an Octavia online. The next morning one of your Sales staff phoned and were very happy to talk through the car with me. I'm still at the looking stage for now, but it was great to chat with the sales staff who were able to provide useful information that will help my buying decision.

Phil was really easy to talk to and his video of the car informative. The reason for the three stars was that I said I was looking a certain price for my car or as near as possible. Unfortunately this got confused with a price to change. When I clarified this no effort was made to re examine that. So my cost to change with Lookers Stockport was 15500. I actually changed my car in D M Keith in York for a similar car (admittedly no blind spot monitoring)) but half the miles of yours for 2400 less than yours. Your price for my px was so far off the mark. I picked up my new car on Wednesday past and am very pleased with it.

Rang to speak to Sam about a Karoq with leather seats to enquire about the road tax but he was busy so unfortunately spoke to a another know it all salesman who said it was the cheaper tax £200 i asked him if he was sure as I live in Wakefield and didn’t want to waste anyone’s time, he said he didn’t need to check he had been doing the job along time and was confident.We was about to set off when I got a email from Sam who had done it properly and checked and the car I was interested in did fall into the more expensive tax bracket so saved us a wasted tripPerhaps one of your salespeople need a refresher course ?RegardsMike

Hard to get hold of people. Not great communication

No follow up after phone call

I am writing this email absolutely furious following our visit to Lookers Skoda Stockport today for our scheduled 15:00 appointment.We arrived on time, fully prepared with our driving licences and DVLA check codes ready to test drive the Skoda Enyaq Estate—only to be told by your staff that no appointment was ever booked, that they had nothing to do with it, and that the vehicle wasn't even there to test drive.To make matters worse, your dealership staff tried to wash their hands of the situation entirely by claiming the booking was made by "central booking customer service" and had nothing to do with them. What an utter load of BS. Passing the buck to an internal department doesn't excuse the fact that you sent me a direct email confirmation for a specific time and location, only to turn us away when we arrived.As an existing customer, I expected a basic level of professionalism. Instead, you have completely wasted my valuable time, money, and effort today. The total lack of organization, accountability, and communication between your central team and the dealership is disgraceful.I will be leaving a detailed review on Google to ensure other potential customers are aware of how poorly you treat people. Consider this my formal notice that I will not be returning and will never use Lookers again for sales, servicing, or any future vehicle purchases.Unsatisfactory is an understatement.

The salesman was extremely helpful and a pleasure to meet but we decided not to buy the car we looked at and we are still awaiting the return of reservation fee of 250 despite the salesman requesting this to be done several times. I will shortly take this up with my card provider if not returned to me quickly.
