HelloI wanted to email to say how genuinely impressed I was today with the customer service I received from Shaf Islam at your Škoda Stockport branch.I was a new customer and he explained everything in a warm and welcoming way. I signed up for a Service Plan and very glad I did if this is the level of service I should expect. He kept me informed during the day and offered further advice when I collected the car.It has given me some assurance that my interests are at heart and I’m not going to be ripped off.Please find a way to have this feedback passed on to Shaf. It was very much appreciated.ThanksTim Clarke

When we purchased our Skoda Enyaq car at Lookers Stockport, the salesperson, Damien Murphy, promised to provide us with the car's rubber mats. This commitment is recorded in the purchase documentation. He informed us that the mats had been ordered and that he would send them to us as soon as they arrived. However, we have never received them.The purchase took place in March 2026, and we have been waiting patiently ever since. Initially, Damien responded to our emails, but he has since stopped replying.

I purchased the vehicle on 27/06/2026 The sales staff Kacper & Sam where excellent. However the interior of the car was not cleaned in a professional manner, I had to vacume & clean it myself to bring it up to the standard you would expect when you pick a vehicle up from Skoda. The valeting team do not have standards that are acceptable.

Our 7 month old Enyaq 85x Sportline has developed a fault with the air conditioning. After trying to get this fixed as soon as possible (given the current temperatures), we were told this morning that there was no appointments until August. This leaves us without air conditioning for the entire summer, which is absolutely unacceptable for a brand new car. We have two small children and the current cabin temperature of our car is in excess of 50C. This fault is in addition to the lack of remote parking, which hasn't worked since we purchased the vehicle.We are really disappointed that a brand new car has these faults, and even more disappointed that Skoda don't seem prepared to fix this in a timely fashion. Please advise how Skoda can remedy this issue as soon as possible.

The sales rep Itsham was very helpful, friendly, and didn't try to upsell. He was happy answering any questions and we felt he was genuine in his answers

MJ17NRX Skoda Citigo. MOT failure requiring parking brake set and 2 brake drums. Said there was a leak and drums needed replacement at a cost of £405.32. They and I can't understand how it passed a service check 6 weeks ago. On your service report you reported the brake system check as OK ? The garage has given me the parts they replaced as I told them I had recently had a service at Skoda Stockport. Your observations would be very much appreciated !
