I have left a fuller review online but I was happy with all aspects of my contacts. Polite and professional. My financial situation changed drastically so was unable to buy a car in the end but they offered and tried to resolve and help which was appreciated.

Firstly let me start by starting that, although I chose one, I didn't buy a vehicle in the end. This however, was due to significant change in my financial circumstances and nothing to do with Lookers skoda. My experience throughout was exemplary from initial enquiries , attending the showroom and subsequent contacts. When the change in my finances occured they tried to resolve and provided options to try and accommodate my situation. Sadly it was a big change so couldn't accept but was very grateful for what they tried.

All the staff that I encountered were very attentive, especially Sam the motability specialist.

Great service and easy team to deal with.
