ALL WENT VERY WELL .

Car was picked up late and as a result returned back to me after my finish time at work. Returned to me with warning light showing that wasn't there when car went in. Asked a couple of things that I was unsure about on the car but wasn't given any explanation.

The lady on the front desk went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable while waiting for my car.

Dealt with promptly , good communication very happy with overall service, , will recommend .

Back for same problem. It has not been resolved and will need to go back in again.

I was not able to wait for the car, so I had to get taxis. Either a collection service, or courtesy car would be great. Also, I had no choice of tires for my car. Apart from that it was a great service.

Your staff at Stockport are always so friendly yet professional and have delivered good service at a reasonable price that you were my first port of call when we decided to replace our existing Skoda. We were not disappointed! Sebastian in sales has been extremely helpful throughout the process and responded quickly to a number of queries which we had , even on his day off. Impressive. Thank you.
