Yes. I couldn’t get through to the service department by phone and there was no response to my email.On the day of my service (12/2/22) although staff wore masks inside, the man who brought my car back from the cleaning station was not wearing a mask - although I sanitised my hands when collecting the car I now have Covid and ammissing my final week at work after a 27 year teaching career. I’m not saying he’s responsible but safety measures should include everyone in all contexts.

Yes Salesman Joshua Taplin was excellent his customer service to us was first class nothing was too much trouble Wefelt we had known him years he was very accommodating he listened was clear attentive and got the sale

Looking for a new car can be overwhelming however Sebastian was so helpful discussing with us the range of cars available and importantly getting to know what would suit me bets for mileage and economy and lifestyle, he explained all options for finance and service plans so I felt the service was completely personable and all my queries were answered promptly. The manager of the store also greeted me and discussed my car choice alongside Sebastian and I felt completely reassured in the after service for my purchase. I would highly recommend lookers garage

This service was included in my service plan, and I'm pleased to say it was completed in the window I was offered. However, whilst waiting in the hospitality area I noticed a scrolling TV stating, "all our cars are valleted after service." This must only be the services you pay for, because mine was not done.
