Excellent customer care

After booking an appointment I visited Skoda Stockport. The showroom and reception were spacious, looks clean and welcoming. There was a satisfactory choice of second hand cars on display. After making my choice the sale person did a good job at proposing several finance options and additional insurances for the car I was interested in. Finally it was the end of a certainly busy month and felt there was a bit of a rush resulting in one document not being completed on time when I was just preparing to drive the car out. This was sorted out. Overall a good place to go and purchase a car.

Lemarl was very helpful and when I had a problem with the car the day I bought it he immediately arranged for it to be dealt with

I didn’t get his name but the gentleman who collected the keys and discussed all the work was excellent. Incredibly polite and listened to all my concerns about the car. He arranged all the work promptly and explained clearly when I collected. His manners were impeccable. The receptionist is also very welcoming and friendly. Disappointed the car was not washed during the service. Also it’s a shame that we did not get a video as used to be the case

The female taking my initial call was abrupt, not customer friendly. Otherwise terrific service from the rest of the team.

We are used to having the car collected and delivered back to us at home, and were disappointed that this was not possible (Covid 19 being cited as the reason). this involved 2 of us (my wife and I) being away from home for a total of about 5 hours, travelling and waiting, spending time in an area with much higher incidence of Covid 19 than at home and encountering several people. The people were charming and appeared to be doing all necessary precautions. Also the car was not valeted. The previous day, our other car, a Suzuki Jimny, was serviced. It was collected from us, serviced and delivered back fully valeted. We were safely at home and there was minimal direct interaction with only 1 person.

Overall experience was very good. One thing not fixed first time but was resolved with some excellent personal service from Ian.

Disappointed to note you couldn’t clean my car due to Covid!!!
