Had both keys recoded for the new electronics unfortunately the spare key doesn’t work. Tried it the other day and no sign of life in the car. The main key works ok. Will try to remedy this when car due it’s first service in March.

Dealership has done everything it can to assist with what should be a warrantee battery claim and awaiting authorisation for replacement to be fitted. It is now approaching 2 weeks and still no update. I am currently keeping my fingers crossed every time I go to start the car and run it for a minimum of 20 mins in order to reduce risk of non starting!

A very good experience

When you book online you can't specify you have a service plan and it looks like you are going to have to pay, which led me to having to call.Also I really needed a courtesy car but that doesn't seem to be an option atmAlso you should do digital voucher books when you buy your car so you don't have to remember to bring the vouchers as I always forget.Also you used to clean the cars after a service which was a really nice touch.

Very pleased with the new car and would recommend Skoda Stocport for their ease to deal with.
