YOUR SERVICE REGARDING MY CAR WAS EXCELLENT. HOWEVER, I AM BIT CONCERNED ABOUT YOUR COVID CONTROLS. I SAW A FEW CUSTOMERS WITHOUT FACE MASKS AND NOT FOLLOWING THE ONE WAY SYSTEM. ON ONE OCCASION A SALESMAN WAS SHOWING A CUSTOMER DETAILS ON HIS COMPUTER AND NEITHER HAD A MASK ON BUT WERE ABOUT A FOOT FROM ONE ANOTHER. IT WAS ALSO CONCERNING AS STOCKPORT HAD ONLY JUST COME OUT OF LOCKDOWN THE DAY BEFORE MY VISIT. I THINK STAFF ARE AFRAID TO CHALLENGE CUSTOMERS WHICH IS UNDERSTANDABLE BUT THEY MUST IF WE ARE TO SUCCESSFULLY FIGHT THIS PANDEMIC!

Everything was clearly labelled with 2m stickers around the dealership. There was sanitiser ready at the entrance and staff ensured to use it before coming to the desk. Most staff members wore masks too

All the staff at Lookers were friendly, knowledgeable and willing to answer all my questions. During the lockdown, I was kept up-to-date about the anticipated delivery of my Motobility car. The care taken when collection time finally arrived, was second to none. I was taken through every aspect of the vehicle, and the car was sanitised before I was able to drive away. As for the car, well the Skoda Scala is a delight both to drive and to look at, I have received several comments about the styling and the colour (Race Blue). In short, everything was wonderful, a great big THANK YOU to everyone at Lookers.

I did send you an email via Richard Clark saying how patient and understanding Mohammad Ashfaq Ali was as I'm deaf and car showrooms are one of my worst nightmares for hearing. As to the mechanical side, as ever everything was done expertly (service and MOT) and also the work on the front brakes and leak in boot.

Under the Covid circumstances, what was done was very good. It was useful to be able to see the video of the underneath when I arrived home.
