I found the experience with lookers so enjoyable. The customer service was excellent - faultless! Staff are polite, friendly and approachable. Nothing is too much trouble and everything was handled efficiently. Communication was excellent through email, telephone contact and I loved the videos! I got the car I wanted which is also a bonus!

the service to the air conditioning system was undertaken in an efficient manner and I was most pleased by the service. My general service has always been undertaken by a small business who have (father & sons) handled matters for 50 years, however the sons are to retire in the near future and will head for lookers.
