Very easy to check in online. Very easy to drop off the car for Service and MOT. Excellent communication from Shaf, who was the Service advisor dealing with my car, this kept me up to date with all info and when parts were needed, this was sorted promptly. Shaf made sure my car was ready early as I had to pick my son up from school, excellent customer service, above and beyond. Many thanks also to Andy for his VHC video and all the work done on my car. One again excellent customer service.

Easy to use and understand Excellent support and service on my recent visit for a while you wait MOT arrived at 8am was shown to service desk, advised car was ready at about 9 30am by Shafi Islam who advised details of the MOT, escorted to the car approx 10 minutes after, excellent service thank youxx
