I had a deal offer from another Škoda dealer which I showed to the sales team on arrival, it took well over an hour and a half before you told me you couldn’t match it, total waste of my time, bought a new vehicle from another dealer

My last visit was a waste of fuel, i came to look at a specific vehicle, it was unlocked for me but when I tried to look the vehicles were parked to close so I couldn't look, your salesman had left us.As I have a disability I could not wait around, I informed the receptionist and left,

I booked a test drive and when I showed up, the sales rep (whom I was told to specifically ask for) was surprised I was there - it didn't seem to me like he knew I was booked in. I then found out the car I'd booked a test drive for was sold the day before and no one bothered to tell me before I drove in.

Vehicle wrongly described as a VRS model on Autotrader

The front and rear windows are getting condensation. It occurred last week and again today 14th March 2026.I am dissatisfied with the car which is obviously faulty. I will be ringing stockport skoda tomorrow. I have also sent an email to the salesman Paul.
