We felt our sales contact Joshua provided us with an excellent service, taking time to both explain his product to us and understand us as buyers. Yes, his company was getting a decent sum of money from us at the end of the process, but we didn't feel we were the recipients of hard sell tactics to get there. And we're very pleased with the car we got.

My Skoda Karoq started leaking oil within 3 months of purchase. Lookers repaired it pretty soon and I didn' t have to pay a penny!

i asked for the scratchy wipers to be investigated but no report was given on my request and they are still the same. staff were friendly and helpful with the booking in and collecting
