Friendly and informative

Booking was pretty straight forward. No complaints. Fast and fantastic service! There was plenty of coffee, free space to work, and I was kept up to date with the progress of my car.

I still had to wait around in the Showroom even though I had checked in online there was a wait to check in even though I had previously checked in online

The staff are so professional but also so kind and understanding, they always go that extra to help and reassure you

Easy Shaf was friendly, welcoming and clear. He updated me along the process and followed up to check all was ok with the service. Shad also reassured me about an issue with my key - that I can get it resolved through my extended warranty - something other colleagues haven’t checked before. Thanks Shaf!

Quick, simple way of making a booking and choosing a suitable date and time. Check in process saved a bit of time on the day. A very satisfactory experience from start to finish. A cheerful welcome from Carl Evans, who offered to make me a brew, followed by a clear and concise explanation of how the day was going to pan out. I was kept informed via email of my car's progress throughout the day and then, following a phone call, I made my way back to Stockport. Met Carl again, paid up, and then was pleasantly surprised when Carl went off to collect my car from the depths of the car park and brought it to the front door. Nice one, that's the first time that has happened in all my service visits !
