Josh was excellent, very personable and allowed me the time to look at other options while assessing the original proposal. On day of pickup went through everything and even gave my daughter a kodi bear which went down a treat!

Mostly, everything was ok, however I was asked to download ""my Skoda" app and as I am not too good with technology (I'm 74) the lad said he would do it for me. unfortunately that didn't work. the boss got involved, without success. I was told, someone would ring next week. still heard nothing, i suppose they had the sale
