As a Motability customer, I find Lookers Skoda very easy to deal with. I have a Skoda Karoq that handles quite well, but is a little skittish on the front end in the wet. This is the only complaint about the car itself that I have. Lookers staff are polite and well trained, especially Carl who I dealt with on my last visit a few weeks ago. Well done!

Easy to navigate , and straight forward. If I had any thing to comment about , it would be the speed of confirmation of appointment could be quicker. I submitted my request, but got no acknowledgment. Leaving me wondering if my request had reached its destination? Simple ans quick to use. Waited for my car and was done quickly to save me waiting to long. Friendly staff and was even offered a desk to do my work on. Bonus also the nice coffee and biscuits.
