Was made to feel welcome right away, and offered a coffee, that was nice and Josh the mobility dealership manager ask how he could help us, I said I was interested in a Škoda Kodiqa and he told me everything I wanted to know about the car all the details and Josh told me everything he showed me the car after looking about and sitting in it l did like it I was comfortable .so I ordered it choose the colour and Josh keep me informed all the way until the car arrived.

Josh Tarpin (I think that was his last name) gave us a very professional handover. He made sure I was happy and competent woth the vehicle controls and systems within. He didn't make me feel like I was being lectured or that I should already know what he was saying. He was very clear and concise throughout.

Shaf Islam was superb throughout the full process and I found the VHC video helpful.

Quick booking in, car ready when said it would be. Car washed although not hoovered
