Excellent communication from Shaf, who was the Service advisor dealing with my car, this kept me up to date with all info and when parts were needed, this was sorted promptly. Shaf made sure my car was ready early as I had to pick my son up from school, excellent customer service, above and beyond.Many thanks also to Andy for his VHC video and all the work done on my car.
