No wash or hoover of the car performed or offered, while it is in for a service. Through experience various other manufactures do this as part of the service. Other than that everything was excellent

Fantastic service! Josh was really good and really did everything he could to get me the best deal. He explained everything really easily and was very easy to chat to. From showing me around the vehicle, test driving, explaining the controls and the finance and optional extras, he really did a great job.
