Easy to do. Being a single parent who also works, I feel a pick up and drop of service would help. Excellent customer service, each and every member of staff was polite, helpful and kept me Updated. Staff also arranged for a driver to drop me off in the town centre so I didn't have to walk as it was raining which was very thoughtful.

We put our vehicle in for a non charging battery issue a fault was found on 2 items relating to the charging of the vehicle and I am awaiting the go ahead from our insurers , the work carried out was on point , I am vey satisfied with the work carried out by SKODA

The sales team were happy to spend time going through the car functions.

The online forms were simple and clear, booking in was unproblematic Every aspect of the service was excellent

Although I did not use the online booking service, a service rep contacted me to book the service. I did use the online check in, which was very easy to use. Staff were friendly and greeted me as soon as I arrived and offered me a hot drink. I was contacted as soon as my car was ready for collection and notified of my advisories. I received my VHC in written and video form. My car was washed and I was presented with complimentary tin of sweets. The only negative was the provided courtesy car hadn't been cleaned inside and out. Aside from that I was happy with the service I received from Skoda/Stockport.

Online check in is fine. The problem in the past with online booking is it doesn't seem to have enough booking slots, especially one's where you can wait or just deliver the car in the afternoon. Friendly, helpful staff. Garage did what they said they'd do

Easy to use Booking my MOT was easy, checking in the car was easy, I was kept updated and then the car had been washed and vacuumed when I went to pick it up after the MOT
