I was dissatisfied with the service from the Skoda dealer I purchased the car from and called in to Lookers Stockport and was dealt with excellently by Carl Evans. I booked my car in and on the day was dealt with by Shaf also excellently.

Very professional service

Everything went smoothly and there were no issuesThe chap who I dealt with (Shaf) did a good job of booking me in, taking note of my need to get the car back quickly, and then called me as soon as the car was finished and as it was being cleaned, which gave me plenty of time to get there and take the car back early as requested. The one reason why I didn't give it five stars was that despite me booking the car in for the service and MOT a month or do earlier, and checking the car in the day before, the approval for the work from the finance people still needed to be done on the day. Surely there was plenty of time to get that approval done prior to the day.
