Initial response to my enquiry to a specific car for sale was responded to quite slowly (I had to chase the dealership up), but once it was established that my enquiry was genuine, the purchase of the car has been easy and a professional service has been offered.

Very friendly. Could have maybe done some of the admin in advance, eg get driving licence validated. The test drive itself took more admin time than the test drive I took with Polestar, where all the admin seemed to have been done in advance.
