Skoda Karoq MK24 SVA.Was booked in for service at Skoda Lookers Stockport on Wednesday April 8th. This was the second of two free services as I purchased the car from there. The car is two years old and has 11000 miles covered.During the service I was told that i needed the transmission oil (halex) changing and the brake fluid changing. But as it was already there and on the ramps ! They would do it at a discounted rate £288.00 for both. I was surprised by this (low time and millage) but I agreed to this extra work which wasn’t mentioned in the service plan for two years.Since Thursday I have been asking for a receipt for the extra work undertaken and a breakdown of the cost for the vehicle service history.Ella Hood the customer adviser has also been emailing the service dept at Lookers SKODA Stockport and she and my self have received no answer to date. This is my 7th Skoda vehicle and by far the worst service from a Skoda dealership I have received . To date I have never had any reason to complaint for any reason.My complaint is I believe there was no such thing as a second free service and the vehicle been only two years old and covering 11000 miles a scheme to claw back money. However I did naively agree to the work and require what was completed as extra and the breakdown of costs.Incidentally I have a local Skoda dealer only 15 miles away but drove to stockport from Whitby (100 miles) because I purchased the vehicle from there !By contrast I have just bought another vehicle from Lookers Gateshead. A Nissan Townstar NK26 UUB. I would like it on record that the two places are leagues apart and commend Gateshead particularly Sean Manning and the team for 1st class customer service.I think you can guess I will not be doing business with Lookers Stockport in the near future.Most appreciatedSteve BowmanMobile No 07795046383

My enquiry was via e-mail, due to a slow response was eventually informed that the demonstrator I was enquiring about had just been sold although the car is still advertised on Autotrader a week afterwards!Sales staff said they would get back to me on a similar deal for a new car but still not done so!

I submitted an online enquiry, the initial response was that the car had been sold. I asked about another car in group stock and got no reply. I have since bought a car from another Skoda dealer

My vehicle number is YC24 UYD. I have the problem with the glove box. I make 2 appointment and the problem still exists. It’s work for 2 days, afterwards it’s not working again.

The Skoda Kamiq I purchased in Summer 2023 has had problems with the air con. It’s now out of warranty and still has an air con fault. I have just spent a lot of money at a local garage but it is still not working. Please help me

Rang and made appt for Saturday morning. Told email would be sent on the Friday afternoon but never received decided to go away because appt was made over phone.Nobody available but gay on the first dear had brief chat and give key to car so went and had a look but nobody came so after 15mins brought key back and left

I had a deal offer from another Škoda dealer which I showed to the sales team on arrival, it took well over an hour and a half before you told me you couldn’t match it, total waste of my time, bought a new vehicle from another dealer

The test drive itself was good, but too much waiting around for no obvious reason beforehand

No-one returned my call to find out exactly what it was I wanted. I have now purchased a car from elsewhere. Missed opportunity.
