Dear Škoda Customer Support,I am writing regarding my most recent service carried out on my vehicle on 10th March. The service booked and agreed upon was a major service, which should include all filters, an oil change, and spark plug replacement.After reviewing the invoice I received, I noticed that there is no mention of an oil change or oil filter on the document. This raises concerns that the oil service may not have been completed, or that the invoice has been issued incorrectly. As an oil and filter change is a fundamental part of a major service, I would appreciate clarification on this as soon as possible.I attempted to resolve this directly with the service department before contacting you. I sent an email to the service representative, Mr. Islam, on the day of the service (10th March) and followed up again today, 12th March, but I have not received any response.I have also tried to reach the servicing team by phone. On my first attempt, I was on hold for approximately five minutes before the call ended. I called again and spoke with reception, who advised that they would transfer me to the service department. After another five minutes on hold, the automated system asked me to leave a message.At this point I have been unable to get hold of either the service team or the representative handling my service. Given the nature of the issue, I would appreciate this being looked into and explained as soon as possible, particularly why the invoice does not state the oil change or oil filter despite the service being booked as a major service.Please review this matter and provide clarification at your earliest convenience.Kind regards,A. They didn't really engage with us, which is a shame as day to day they are the most convenient skoda seller for us.

A day after I purchased my car I noticed the door/flap for plug in at the front was broken. The car has been in twice and they still haven't resolved the problem. Also both times the car went in at 9am, no-one contacted me to let me know. It was only when I went down at 4.30 I wad told they can't fix it and they ordered the wrong part. That's two days I've lost money through work.They've now said they'll pick the car up and drop it off. But I've sent emails and they've been ignored.I was hoping Skoda wasn't like all the others. Amazing service when taking your money. Zero star service after.

Went to the showroom the first time and was completely ignored. It was busy so gave the benefit of the doubt and booked a test drive. Went for my appointment and was greeted by two men on the desk who were rude and aggressive because I could not recall the name of the person who booked the test drive. I have never been spoken to in the way they did and on this basis had no intention of buying a car from the dealership - if you can't even get this bit right I dread to think what the rest of your customer service is like. I will never buy a car from this dealership.

Very well, Mr Daniel Murphy was very efficient and answered all our questions. We are very pleased with the car which meets our needs well.

The salesperson helped me to get to a point where I knew what I wanted to buy. I had come in with one idea (which was not what I wanted but I thought it would save me money). He helped me to recognise I wanted something else and to buy it.

I enquired about a car online on the 6th February. A member of the sales team at Stockport sent me a video of the vehicle and told me he'd phone back in an hour to answer any question I had about purchasing the car. It's now the 23rd of February and I'm still waiting for the phone call.
