Easy to navigate , and straight forward. If I had any thing to comment about , it would be the speed of confirmation of appointment could be quicker. I submitted my request, but got no acknowledgment. Leaving me wondering if my request had reached its destination?I bought my car from Lookers in 2013 and I have visited annually since then for service and Mot, and rectification of faults.On almost every visit, I have found the procedure flawless.

Simple ans quick to use.Waited for my car and was done quickly to save me waiting to long. Friendly staff and was even offered a desk to do my work on. Bonus also the nice coffee and biscuits.

Was made to feel welcome right away, and offered a coffee, that was nice and Josh the mobility dealership manager ask how he could help us, I said I was interested in a Škoda Kodiqa and he told me everything I wanted to know about the car all the details and Josh told me everything he showed me the car after looking about and sitting in it l did like it I was comfortable .so I ordered it choose the colour and Josh keep me informed all the way until the car arrived.
