Josh Tarpin (I think that was his last name) gave us a very professional handover. He made sure I was happy and competent woth the vehicle controls and systems within. He didn't make me feel like I was being lectured or that I should already know what he was saying. He was very clear and concise throughout.

It was fairly easy to use. However, I added a further query but the staff seemed unaware of it when I attendedThe whole experience went well and I was particularly impressed with Carl on the service desk who couldn't do enough for the customers there, keeping everybody informed of their individual progress.
