Staff also arranged for a driver to drop me off in the town centre so I didn't have to walk as it was raining which was very thoughtful.

We put our vehicle in for a non charging battery issue a fault was found on 2 items relating to the charging of the vehicle and I am awaiting the go ahead from our insurers , the work carried out was on point , I am vey satisfied with the work carried out by SKODA

Although I did not use the online booking service, a service rep contacted me to book the service. I did use the online check in, which was very easy to use.Staff were friendly and greeted me as soon as I arrived and offered me a hot drink. I was contacted as soon as my car was ready for collection and notified of my advisories. I received my VHC in written and video form. My car was washed and I was presented with complimentary tin of sweets. The only negative was the provided courtesy car hadn't been cleaned inside and out. Aside from that I was happy with the service I received from Skoda/Stockport.
