I had to chase and follow up to get me test drive arranged. Staff seemed uninterested when I got there.

The car that I had arranged to test drive wasn't charged so was unavailable.

I spoke with a salesperson and explained what i wanted. He was very good until he went to the sales manager who then proceeded to ignore what i wanted and went off at a tangent. Would not quote for more than one car as i wanted comparisons, told me only white was available although i did not want white and the trade in was derisory

Because we couldn't arrive at a way to get me the car I was looking for! Everything else was fine.

sales man had no time for me, spent most of our time dealing with other matters and leaving me sat alone

I am writing to formally raise complaint regarding the condition of the tyres on the vehicle I purchased from the Skoda garage in Stockport on 13th August 2025.After taking the car to a local Kwik Fit garage at the weekend (24.01.26) for a check of the tyre pressure, on further inspection it was observed that the rear tyres were cracked on the outer rim and not safe for use. The rear tyres were revealed to be the original tyres which are nearly 5 years old. Although the tread was within the legal limit, the overall condition of the tyres was poor due to the cracking, which the technician indicated that they have been in this condition prior to the sale of the car in August 2025. The Kwik Fit technician confirmed that the tyres should have been replaced before the vehicle was sold to me and not sent out in that condition. As a result of this issue, I had to pay £268 to replace both rear tyres, as they were not safe to drive on. I have photographs and vehicle health check provided by Kwik Fit, which I can send across, showing the condition of the cracked tyres, and I have also retained the original tyres as evidence of their poor condition.Given that the vehicle was sold to me with tyres in such an unsatisfactory and unsafe condition, I am requesting compensation of goodwill to cover the cost of the replacement tyres.I trust that you will treat this matter with the urgency and seriousness it warrants. I look forward to your prompt response and hope we can resolve this issue as soon as possible.Kind regards,

I purchased a new Skoda from you in 2023 from your Salford branch. The branch was due to close and the delivery was a carnival; the car failed to arrive and when it did finally appear on the back of a delivery truck the manager set about cleaning it. My issue however is in respect of the spare (2nd) key that never materialised. I took the car to your Stockport dealership in 2025 and again raised the issue of the missing key but got nowhere. I now find myself 3 years on and despite raining it several times have yet to receive a key or an explanation of why the key has been misplaced.

We went to the Dealership wanting to book a test drive. We were told we had to do this though the call centre. I did this and booked a test drive for the following weekend. I drove to Stockport for the test drive to be told they did not have the car available on site. WHAT WAS THE POINT OF ME BOOKING THE TEST DRIVE? I obviously shall not be using this garage or buy a Skoda in future.
