The process went very smoothly. We were given a quick tour of the basics of the car and the option to keep in touch if there was anything we couldn't work out. Car ready for us on time, and driven out of the rather packed forecourt for ease of onward journey.One minor suggestion that would have made it easier for me would have been a digital stylus for all the on-line signing (opted to use keyboard as the least bad option).

I dont see the point when i had to check in again when i brought the car inAll done with minimum fuss. Only glitch was having to leave the sd card with you overnight because the technician available on the day didnt know how to update it

I only checked in online and that was easy.On the day things went very well. Shaf arranged to get the heat shield recall problem fixed, and the cause of the water ingress was found to be due to an original fault in fitting the rear door seal.
