When we arrived no one was on reception to direct us to the person we needed to see. Everyone looked busy but eventually we asked someone who directed us to our salesperson. After that it was fine. Not a good start for someone who was spending £27000 with your company!

Josh helped me to find the right car for my budget. He was very professional at all times listening to my needs. He was friendly and helpful guiding me in my choice. My car was fully valeted and smelt lovely and fresh when I collected it. He is a brilliant salesman and Skoda should be very pleased to have him. Compared to other car outlets Skoda is by far the best service I have experienced. Thanks to Josh for his patience and great attitude to his work. I love my new car.
