Josh made my experience so much better than anything I was expecting. I haven’t had great experiences with salespeople in the past so I was anxious and sceptical when I arrived for my appointment but as soon as soon as Josh greeted me he was nothing but knowledgeable and helpful. He walked me through everything so patiently and made sure I fully understood before moving on. He was so polite, kind and funny, he made the whole experience so enjoyable and I could have sat and chatted with him all day. He’s an absolute gem and he deserves so much praise.
