It made things go smoothly.I expected to have to wait 3 hours for my car when in fact I was away in 2. Whilst waiting I was offered not or cold drinks (very nice coffee)

Good reminders and details matched. In the past I've had issues with the booking not being registered and the wrong location being input but this time it was flawless.Niall was very helpful and supportive, he really helped to advise and reassure me and definitely went the extra mile to help me.
