My car went in for a repair due to a water leak in the boot. The repair took a lot longer than expected due to a question as to whether the repair would have been covered under the extended warranty I took out when I bought the car. It seems that water ingress (whether through own fault or via a component failure) is, disappointingly, not covered by an extended warranty and therefore the cost of the repair was on me, However, following discussions with the service team on site, the work was undertaken at no cost to myself. The service point of contact (Niall) and the service manager apologised for the time taken and overall inconvenience caused.

I thought I had booked a waiting appointment but it was down as a drop off.Lady who called dealt with a hiccup on the booking brilliantly.

I was returning my car to get a previously unresolved issue finally resolved. You should have collected and delivered my car.

The team kept me updated about my car throughout the day.

Helpful/knowledgeable and friendly staff, comfortable showroom but poor customer parking facilities/arrangements.

Josh gave the best car handover we have ever had. He explained everything really well and gave us plenty of time to ask any questions. Even got us a brew! We were delighted, thank you.

Great customer service from Carl, explaining the result of the free health check. Also vehicle given a free clean.
