Not very good with IT but found it easy.Car was ready for pickup,when I got there,only had time for a quick coffee and the paperwork and keys were there for me.Young man who dealt with me was courteous. and professional.Car had a wash and the airbag change was successful.

All the team I spoke to where fantastic, really friendly and helpful.The main problem is how long I had to wait for an appointment. There was an issue with the car and they wanted me to wait for 2 months to get it seen. I had to push for them to squeeze it in earlier.
