Really pleased with the service very professional

All the team I spoke to where fantastic, really friendly and helpful.The main problem is how long I had to wait for an appointment. There was an issue with the car and they wanted me to wait for 2 months to get it seen. I had to push for them to squeeze it in earlier.

Had to wait a long time ( at least 20 mins) for your guy to produce my keys even though the car was ready and he had said he would just go and fetch them.

Absolutely top class customer service and I thoroughly appreciated how detailed the explanations of how to use the features of my new car were. Not one complaint!

Repair took ages but saving Grace was service from Shaf and Sophie even though was told bill would be £219 but when I collected was told mistake had been made and bill was £370..

On arrival I was still required to answer exactly the same questions again, so if there is a next time, I’ll book in on arrival.On the day everything was good, but I was disappointed that the on line pre-booking didn’t save me any time when I arrived. I won’t be using that ‘service’ again. Full marks to your new starter though, he was excellent.
