On the day parking was difficult particularly when being picked up after dropping my car off.I was told that my MOT Certificate was in the car ,but on arrival home I found that the documents with the car did not include the MOT. I had to return my car the following day for what appeared to be another MOT. I had to wait about an hour ,but would add that the waitingFacilities and attention I received were excellent.I was told that the Govt. Website was the reason my car had to be returned.The Unit appeared to be very busy ,so I accept that problems can occur ,however I should have been told about the missing MOT Certificate when I first collected the car ,and not have to chase it myself when I arrived home.Thank you for the Service etc ,and I look forward to returning my car for your attention in 12 months.

My experience at Lookers Stockport this time was very good and I was very satisfied.I am resending this survey as I originally didn't notice a short(2 minutes 18 seconds) video report sent to me regarding vehicle health check.A small observation is that the car park at Skoda Stockport would benefit from a little more space if that was possible. It always seems somewhat congested with vehicles and provides limited room to manoeuvre.
