The service was completed on time and a puctured tyre was replaced. Absolutely no issues with this part of Looker's service. However I have to long running outstanding warranty repairs and it is disappointing that after 7 months no progress has been made. The car is in current production as is the trim, upholsetry and colour so why is it proving difficult to obtain a replacement seat cover and a small piece of trim fvor the O/S wing mirror? Being told that Lookers cannot speed up the process of getting the replacement parts/materials delivered is a poor reflection on the customer service provided by SKODA. Do you think this would encourage me to consider SKODA again when I want to replace the car?. The service team have promised to call me in the next week or so to keep me informed - hopefully this will happen. If it doesn't then Lookers will be considered in the same vein as SKODA. A shame because my previous experience with the company has been excellent.

Very grateful for the very professional and yet personalised way this transaction was carried out . For many of us this is often one of the biggest decisions we make with our finances and not something we do very often. I came away feeling happy with the time and information I'd been given to make this decision.

Service at Lookers Stockport waas great. However, booking messed up by the central Skoda booking and you are unable to log on and review any bookings made. Could have been worse day but great once team at Lookers helped me out.
