Generally excellent.We had quite a lot of trouble afterwards finding someone to quote for installing a charging point at home. We found the government site listing installers but of the first 7 :3 didn't respond.1 promised to call round but didn't.1 quoted a silly price.1 quoted 5 weeks1 was excellent and is installing a point for us.I don't know if you would be able to point people in the right direction ?Also as we knew nothing about electric vehicles we have had a lot of issues charging at public charge points. We use Zap Map but :A significant number are out of order.A lot of them don't take debit/credit cards so you have to sign up to their specific apps.We paid £20 to Pod Point to us the one near you at Lidl - it didn't work yet they took the money. I had to contact them for a refund.The pricing is complicated.We could have done with a bit more advice on the subject.

Al my dealings were over the phone or by email, so some of the questions above are not really applicable. The lady I dealt with was friendly, efficient and competent.

Helpful staff, the car I bought was very well presented so I am very happy with my purchase.

An overall excellent experience by helpful and friendly staff. Kept me well informed of progress until I picked up the car which was well presented.Only negative was that on first visit I was asked for a national insurance number before I could test drive. Had to return with it next day only to find it wasn't asked for.

Mike at Lookers Stockport was a breath of fresh air and when negotiating the specifics of a potential sale he and his manager were approachable and pragmatic. I’d feel confident to approach them in the future.
