Keith was excellent throughout the process; personable and knowledgeable. There was a problem with the Finance Company's software being down on the proposed date of collection but Keith kept me updated throughout. Very happy with the service.

Your question 1 needs amending. The scale should go from highly unlikely to highly likely (not poor to excellent) - indicates lack of attention to detail. I've put 5 stars because the experience was recommendable, but in truth I'm unlikely to recommend simply because I very rarely recommend anything
