Sophie who checked me in did so with a warm greeting and was full of life. The video received put my mind at ease that the car was in good working order and the problem had been resolved.

Mike Blakhurst was our sales executive and he was absolutely brilliant. Very calm and explained everything very well by showing us all the different options. Having us test drive with our dog was a huge help.

Poor communication from service team when vehicle was ready for collection. Had to ring for update towards end of day and was told vehicle ready but that service desk was closing soon so would need to get here. Was informed that a vehicle health check and valet would be performed on the car when i dropped off. Neither of which had been done. Felt like a rushed job unfortunately. Initial contact with Parts Department to obtain price for job was outstanding, spoke to a gentleman who couldnt be more helpful and was the reason to use the dealership despite being far away from home.

Staff were friendly and kept me up to date of the progress. Work carried out and a video showing the checks. Thanks to Sophie Warde, the lady on reception and the engineer carrying out the work
