Sophie was really helpful getting pre -authorisation for some follow up work that was identified during the vehicle health check. This made rebooking for this week very simple indeed. Good service.

Having recently returned from Australia and being completely unimpressed with the levels of customer service in the country, my experience at lookers in Stockport was brilliant. Really impressed and satisfied.

Sophie in service couldn’t be faulted. Went out of her way to keep us in touch and was most helpful.

Require service/reception staff to be more present. Whilst dropping vehicle off no receptionist or service staff at any desk and left waiting for 15mins until Workshop manager attended and dealt with dropping off vehicle.

Overall 10/10 BUT your usual coffee machine wasn’t working so whilst I waited 3 hours for a mot I had to have cold water . Such a shame as it’s usually a very decent cup of coffee

I made a mistake with the day/date of my service and was still accommodated even though I was on the wrong day. Good service with a smile

Your booking system is odd. You get a follow up email to say if your request can be fulfilled, but, I replied to that email and got no response, I also got booked in to the wrong dealer, and it was Sophie at Stockport that sorted it for me (she was brilliant by the way).It'd be much better if you book online and that's it, job done, no follow up or manual intervention.
