Very smooth, efficient and professional service from booking right through to collection. Only slight disappointment is no external car wash; fully accept there is no internal valet anymore (due to Covid), but why no external wash? Other dealers have reintroduced this. But overall very good.

As always, smooth and excellent service throughout. Car went in for its MOT, passed and I wasn't kept waiting that long. Reception kept informed as to what was happening, and the car was washed and valeted on its return!

I was particularly pleased because I had made a mistake concerning the day of my appointment. I turned up on Friday when I should have been there on Thursday. Nevertheless, my car was still serviced much to my satisfaction as it would have been difficult for me to come another time.
