I have put no against the question of service plan, I may have been offered this but I don't think so.

I was very impressed with Rubel, and the video he sent me. Very helpful and appreciated. I was also happy that he kept me informed and followed up as he said he would.

Only (minor) thing is that on a couple of occasions the dash information system has incorrectly said a service was due as it wasn't reset correctly at the previous service

Excellent staff so helpful,My only downside was that the car I purchased, the m.o.t failure advisory was for4 perished tyres and these where replaced by not new tyres but tyres off other vehicles 3,5 mm tread and 4mm .so sad such a lovely car and friendly sales team, I feel new tyres would be put on my octavia at a purchase price of £16.999 .

Unfortunately Lookers Skoda were unable to find a suitable car kn the time frame I needed it, but were really helpful in sourcing possible options.

I booked my car in to have a dash cam fitted as well as for the engine to be looked at since the engine light was displaying on the dashboard. However, when I dropped my car off I was told that my dash cam couldn’t be fitted because it wasn’t a Skoda one. It would have been helpful to have been told this when I booked the car in, otherwise I could have gone to Skoda Rochdale which is closer to home. Apart from that I was happy with the service I received.

I asked why was my oil service on. I had a service in June, the oil was chaged at this time. I asked if it could be reset. It is still on now. Not really a problem but just an omission on the part of the technition.
