Your booking system is odd. You get a follow up email to say if your request can be fulfilled, but, I replied to that email and got no response, I also got booked in to the wrong dealer, and it was Sophie at Stockport that sorted it for me (she was brilliant by the way).It'd be much better if you book online and that's it, job done, no follow up or manual intervention.

I was not advised about the turnaround of this booking. Because it needed diagnostics first I needed to leave it with you for several hours which I had not planned for. Staff were very apologetic and tried to move the appointment forward. Other than the lackof information I was very satisfied with the service.

I did this transaction on the phone after seeing the car online. I never visited the dealership, but my numerous questions were answered by the salesman to my satisfaction, although he did get some items wrong. E.g I asked if there were front and rear fogs and he said yes - turned out there was only rear fog light. Also asked if there was a storage place for sunglasses above the windscreen and he said yes - turned out there wasn't, just a plastic cover where it should have been. Overall the salesman was very helpful.
