Didnt know much about the vehicle. Was ignorant whistling whilst filling in a computer based form. Felt that I was wasting his time. Very little parking.

I spoke to someone on the phone the other day about a deposit refund from Lookers Stockport Skoda. It was at the end of October for reg WJ72LRF (Skoda Kodiaq VRS). When I tried tried first time round the website hung, so I refreshed. It worked second time round but 2 amounts of £250 were taken on my card, see below for screenshot of my credit card statement:Please can you get both lots of £250 refunded?
