Just a good overall experience

Overall experience is great from my first car to the 3rd

Bought a very nice Mazda cx5, from Lookers Stockport, the salesperson Ginvile Jarmalaite who i dealt with throughout the transaction, was excellent, every option was explained by Ginvile, cannot praise this lady highly enough.

Very happy with the experience. Work completed very quickly and I like how I was informed via text and track where my car was up to.

My enquiry was regarding end of contract options.

We happened to visit Looker's Skoda based in Stockport. Joshua Taplin, the sales manager who attended to us, was extremely kind and friendly. He provided all the relevant information and answered all our questions patiently. He even promptly arranged for a test drive leading to an almost successful quotation. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with him. Happy to recommend Looker's Skoda.

I didn't get the follow-up calls when I was told I would. I had to make the calls to find out updates. I haven't received the service vouchers which I had to request at the initial sale, handover, and following.

Yes do more training to enhance front of house staff and those staff members who answer phone. Not impressed with their lack of communication skills. I was overwhelmed by the service from both managers Mike and Michael from St Mary's way branch. They both are reason why I shall buy again from Skoda. Breda Collins

Excellent explanation of the considerable work that had to be done on my car. Not a regular service. I just turned up and left the car to have the faults diagnosed. Unfortunately there was a delay due to one part not arriving as expected.Over all happy with Lookers. Emma dealt with the whole process in a professional and courteous manner.
