Yes do more training to enhance front of house staff and those staff members who answer phone. Not impressed with their lack of communication skills. I was overwhelmed by the service from both managers Mike and Michael from St Mary's way branch. They both are reason why I shall buy again from Skoda. Breda Collins

Excellent explanation of the considerable work that had to be done on my car. Not a regular service. I just turned up and left the car to have the faults diagnosed. Unfortunately there was a delay due to one part not arriving as expected.Over all happy with Lookers. Emma dealt with the whole process in a professional and courteous manner.

I think the whole customer experience was fantastic, I felt valued & my requirements were met fully. Both Michael and Rubel were excellent as was Lee who stepped in during their absence to make everything go smoothly. Very well done & would highly recommend Lookers Skoda Stockport.

The only communication from you during the waiting period for the new car were short videos and almost undecipherable commentary (spoken too rapidly).

I was looking for a used Skoda for my daughter who lives in Sheffield and made my enquiry online as I am based in Malaysia. Ms Ginvile Jamarlite responded to my enquiry and was very professional and helpful. She was also friendly and very helpful by sharing her knowledge about the various engines. This is despite me not been able to be physically present at the showroom. All communication was done online. Sadly, I was not able to find a model meeting my budget and requirements. Nevertheless, this positive experience will result in my contacting Ms Jarmalite when I look for my next car.
