All staff, in reception and the service dept, were courteous and helpful. In particular, I’d like to thank the gentlemen (Mark?) who was very helpful fitting in my car for service on the day, when I turned up at Stockport having inadvertently booked the car in at Manchester. Top marks for customer service.

Excellent indoors interaction with friendly & helpful staff, only spoilt by the SHAMBOLIC outdoor parking. Surely it would be possible to reserve, monitor and signpost a block of spaces for pre-booked service/sales customers?Double-parking of vehicles outside of marked spaces and parking on yellow box areas caused blocked exit routes, requiring delicate reversing along narrow lanes & 3-point turn manoeuvres in restricted areas.I arrived 20 mins early but left after failing to park, returning later to find the situation no better. This is poor service for customers arriving with vehicles you are aware will need to be parked up.

Would like to say that Keith Hunt was great nothing was to much trouble.

Robert's willingness to bring the car to me for a test drive, to provide delivery to my home address was instrumental in securing the sale. Robert has subsequenty responded to my queries promptly and in full. The service I received from johnsons skoda birmingham has been nothing short of excellent.

Throughout i felt welcomed, and listened to by Josh and communication throughout the buying process was excellent

Great service , was an ex demo and the valet needed a bit more attention . Had previous owners personal affects in there .

Just a little disappointed that I was asked to take the vehicle at 10.00 but no work was started until after lunch. I cancelled an appointment to ensure the vehicle was with you in time but I could have made the appointment had I been aware that the service would not be started until much later.
