Did not get a video but I did not want one. It’s only a first service. Customer parking is not good but it’s a busy cramped site. The young lady who took my keys said it would be the end of the day before it is finished so I went on the train to Manchester. It was ready at 1pm in the end. Really no big issue other than I would have stayed closer.The blonde lady on reception is always nice and helpful , she keeps an eye on everything.I am nit picking, all went well and I was very happy with the service as usual.

All very positive - and the sales people were very helpful. I simply decided to go with an alternative coloured car and variant, to the one initially offered @ Lookers Skoda, Stockport.

A very helpful and knowledgeable young man. He answered all questions but unfortunately I found the seats of the Skoda Patiq automatic too hard and pressed into my spine. I therefore could not go any further as although the seat was very comfortable when sitting in but on the test drive was where the problem was.

I live in Gloucestershire & bought my car from Lookers Skoda Stockport. Mike Blackhurst was very helpful from start to finish and made the handover very smooth. I’m very happy with my new car, thank you 😊
