Apart from a bit of a lack of comms initially I was very happy with the experience. It was a booking for a fault diagnosis which was successful. Your staff made a claim against my extended warranty which accepted responsibility and my car is being repaired tomorrow 14th September. Sophie was the service contact and was very helpful. The car was also cleaned inside and out, so thank you.

Obviously modern signature software progams are preferred over paper but when they go wrong - as they did during the purchase procedures it was a bit inconvenient. Understand the point of sale person has limited responsibility but the regular answer to a question with "I'll check with my manager" was irritating - but Lookers are no different from many other motor trade dealers - seems like an industry practice. Why not rise above the rest - show your trust in the salesperson, improve training, delegate responsibility etc, You know how to treat staff.

It would be good if, when booking, you got an idea of how long the whole appointment would be.

Still waiting for a Service History for the vehicle!

I booked on line but received no acknowledgement so I rang to check. For some reason there was no record of my online booking so I booked over the phone. I think I should have then received a confirmation with the costs that were agreed on the phone confirmed. As costs were never confirmed there was a problem on the day (quickly resolved) as the cost quoted on arrival was £200 more than expected. This could be avoided with a better online experience and complete, timely communication

Josh Taplin at Lookers Skoda Stockport was excellent - polite, professional, informative, friendly and helpful.

Everyone I met was extremely helpful & polite but not pushy which was a delight!

I know time is valuable but when booking the service I felt that I should know about all about the different service options and when I tried to explain my needs, the options were not made clear and was rushed into what option I wanted but when it went into the dealership I couldn't have had any better service, perhaps a little more empathy could be show to us none petrol heads

The problem has not been resolved on the hand brake so it will need to come back in. Due to the inconvenience this will cause I will need a loan car offered this time whilst my car is being inspected again
