A very helpful and knowledgeable young man. He answered all questions but unfortunately I found the seats of the Skoda Patiq automatic too hard and pressed into my spine. I therefore could not go any further as although the seat was very comfortable when sitting in but on the test drive was where the problem was.

Was not happy with Lookers Covid procortions. The virus appeared to be affecting the staff. I had to explain to a member of staff on the phone the NHS advice. They did accommodate my request, after discussion.

A little more time needed initially on some of the technical details, brakes/lights/start-up/assist modes/ etc. as there are far too many unnecessary "bells and whistles" on most cars these days.
