1.The car was not vacuumed as promised.2. I have also been requested by Skoda earlier to complete a longer questionnaire, could you not share the information to avoid duplication.3. An hour before receiving this e-mail, I received a text message from Lookers advising me that the vehicles was due for a Service and MOT, there seems to be an issue with Lookers system.

I was very happy with the way my custom was appreciated. Your staff member seemed almost as excited in anticipation of the vehicle's arrival as I was. The only reason that I have only given 4 stars on whether I would recommend the dealership to others is that I would not want to sway someone too much. I'd rather allow them to make their own decision. Even so, I would still say 'Have you tried Lookers, as I found them to be very friendly and willing to go out of their way to make the whole car buying procedure very easy?.

Jack Harrison went out of his way to help me. He was superb. Very disappointing that there is no one available at weekends who can help with leases and financing - big limitation and not easy to get in the dealership at weekends.

Joshua was extremely helpful and I found him to be very personable, precise with his knowledge and easy to talk to. We almost purchased a vehicle from him but decided at the last minute to go for a hybrid which wasn’t available from Skoda in the size vehicle we required or within our price range.

Sebastian is a great guy. Two cars I’ve bought through him now and I’m sure they’ll be more in the future.
