Excellent experience with Lookers Stockport. My husband bought his car there recently and we were both very impressed by both the sales person Josh and also the manager Ian. On this occasion they didn’t have exactly what I was looking for but they were extremely helpful - Jack and manager Ian and they would be our first port of call when we next look for a car.

I was booked in for an MOT @ 1045am. I left at about @ 2.30pm after almost 4hrs for what must be a routine check. I have always had all my 5 Skoda cars since 2006, serviced &MOTd by 3 different Main Dealers, including youselves. This is the only time that the appointment went way beyond what I expected. If you are given a time, I arrived early, for the service booked in my opinion the task should have been started a short while after arrival.

The salesman Jack could not have been more helpful. He was polite and friendly and could not have done more.

Dealership very helpful and sorted out service plan. However the Skoda website for purchasing All in service plan is confusingly bad.

A good experience overall considering the difficult supply situation. Very pleased with the new vehicle. The sales representative, Paul Owen, gave us good personal service.

L’marl provided us with a thorough and systematic process; he worked carefully to address our needs and under different circumstances we would have had no hesitation in buying a from him.. we have now purchased another Volvo but must say we were impressed with both the Skoda and service from L’marl.. I’m still awaiting call from the dealership. As the car I was sold has a damaged windscreen… according to 2 independent MOT technicians an MOT failure. Still awaiting communication to arrange collection are repair or replacement! After sales VERY DISAPPOINTED
