Everyone was very nice

I had a very positive experience with Martin Haslam in the Stockport dealership. He was very friendly, easy to talk to and I felt no pressure to purchase. His openness about the car we were looking into were refreshing and we ended up signing for a deal that we couldn't pass up.

The dealership is excellent which is why i returned to you when i recently replaced my car. However, the continuing issues with the car's software is really annoying - and worrying. When can I trust that a hazard light is for real or not? All the staff who dealt with me last Wednesday were extremely polite and as helpful as they could be but Avignon to return for a third time in the near future for another upgrade which may still not work satisfactorily is simply appalling. After this experience i will not buy another Skoda.

It was very easy to book the service, check the vehicle in and get it back. In fact, the vehicle was ready earlier than I requested which was very helpful. Overall very satisfied.

Waiting for an update on the smart link for using my phone for sat navigation with Google maps. My card needs a software update.Waiting for a call about that.

I have both international and Hong Kong license but are not able to test drive the car due to the insurance term requiring UK/EU license. For obvious business reason, it is suggested to negotiate with the insurer to cover both international and Hong Kong license during test drive and 5 days drive away insurance.

Had to enquire whether my car was ready for collection
