Sebastian was really helpful and knowledgeable about the car, finance and insurance products. Ultimately I wanted to test drive another car and after that test drive I purchased from Lookers Manchester. I was impressed with the dealership and staff and would recommend.

Josh Taplin was excellent, he gave us a thorough outline of all the products and services. He kept us up to date with the progress of our Karoq once we had chosen it. The hand over was brilliant giving me the upmost confidence in my new car.

The last three times that I have taken one of our cars into this branch for a service they have NOT been cleaned … each time I’ve been told the same reason “the valet staff have not turned up”.My service plan clearly states that it covers external cleaning of my vehicle, yet I have never received this service from this particular branch!This certainly doesn’t fall in line with the level of service that I have come to expect from Skoda and is a huge disappointment this is the reason for 4/5 stars.

Supposed to have a Connect upgrade. Never happened !Had a 522GW dash cam fitted. Rather surprised at the £300 bill. Brochure price shows £198 fitted , VAT included. Add on memory disc of £20, so thought about £220. So why £300?Halfords charge about £230 for the same. Big difference is they sit in the car with you, help you set it up and show you how it works. Absolutely none of this with Lookers!Just the box left on the passenger seat. Even though it was Friday evening and raining, they could have done a lot more, especially at their premium cost.
