From start to ordering a taxi to get me home, it was a polished performance. As we only have one car, the service would be even better if Lookers could collect and deliver. Staff helpful and friendly. Things done more or less to schedule; work explained clearly; no trying to baffle with knowledge - in short, fine. We'll be back

I tried booking online and then rang later to confirm it had worked as I had received no response. I then thought it was complete. I checked again a week beforehand and the booking still wasn't correct. I had to be fitted in to the required date and so waited about 5 hours at the garage.

Great customer service from the team once again, Mohammed Ali and Josh Taplin were very friendly and arranged a free MOT for me due to an upgrade on my car in a few months. Kept up to date with service and receiving a video from the workshop is excellent. A collection or drop off option would be hugely beneficial for me so I don’t have to make two trips. 10/10
