Happy that car returned to my house

Had to return To Dealership the following day because service indicator in car had not reset properly (apparently due to fault in tech kit at dealership). But service agent responded immediately and helpfully and issue was rectified at an agreed time the following day, with no waiting. He even offered to send a technician to my home to fix this. These things happen, did not detract from my very positive view of taking my car for service.

I only had a general enquiry whilst waiting for my car to be serviced so most of the answers would be N/A

Problem not solved. The data plug in should be up and running when I pick up a new car. The new virtual cockpit is what sold it to me, but some of it doesn’t work because it’s not set up and I’m going to have to wait until end of October when I’m off, to take it in so that will be 2 months without it working since I picked it up!

L'Marl made the whole process simple and hassle free. Everything was explained and he answered our questions candidly.

On collecting my vehicle I ended up purchasing a new Fabia. I have already filled a survey regarding my service but not about my purchase experience

Excellent service / attention from salesman despite Covid difficulties - would have given 5 star rating apart from him making small error with paperwork. Overall, I think the volume of paperwork is overwhelming at Lookers (I have bought from another Lookers location previously) and think it could be reduced.

Excellent from start to finish from L'marl. Was very helpful and explained everything and made us feel at ease with the purchase. After care was excellent as he gave me a follow up call to check the vehicle had arrived and I was happy with it. Also said to call if any queries regarding the operation and features of the car

The meeting the manager is pure car sales theater and undermines the sales persons efforts. The fact that the survey mentioned it just adds to the fakeness. The Stockport branch were very professional and did everything they could to keep an awkward customer happy. One of my requests was not to get nagging survey requests but try as they might, the system will not let customers be left in peace. They were great and could not do enough for us.

A very good service.I will not be looking to buy until next May June time
