When I booked in online and signed electronically I did not expect to do this again when I arrived - expected to just drop off my keys.

I was disappointed that there was no valeting done to the car.

Still waiting for an update of my vehicles software, after having it all day it couldn't be uploaded, awaiting a reappointment to remedy intermittent fault

Good smooth service. Only comment is I was asked to bring car in at 0800 and it would appear you didn’t start working on it until 1500 so I was without the car all day for a 90 min job.

There was just one concern. The results of the tyre check can't be right. All four tyres were shown as 31% worn with the same amount of wear shown across each tyre. I thought this strange as all four tyres are not going to wear equally. Also, the front two tyres are new. They had only been put on a couple of weeks previously so they can't possibly be 31% worn. So much for a tyre check.
