As this was our first experience with your Skoda dealership, we found your staff very professional in their approach, very polite without being pushy. Salesman, Sebastian Kuczynski was at the forefront of my comments, a really pleasant person indeed. Very helpful, answered all our questions asked of him.

My overall visit was very good, however after work was completed my car was supposed to have been washed and hoovered , this was not done, a little disappointing really.
