I was very pleased at the fault investigation the Lookers Stockport. It’s my mother’s car. She has been unable to drive on medical grounds. We were not able to sell due to Covid. MoT ran out, Battery flat, no insurance, road tax and none communicating keys/locks. Lookers got us back on the road MoT, Service and Key recoding. I have to mention Mohamed as his attention, consideration and timely communication has to be recognised. Thank you

The only reason Skoda Stockport didn't get my business, is that I managed to secure a higher spec Skoda (1.5 SE Drive) for less than the price quoted by them on a 1.0 litre Skoda Kamiq by utilising Motorfinity leasing, via my Blue Light Law enforcement account. This gave me access to a better part exchange figure, and considerably more discount from the retail price, thus bringing the monthly payment in £20 a month cheaper and within my available budget. I had not realised that I could use this facility until I did some further research. I really liked the look and feel of the Skoda SUV, on the test drive, and the staff were really keen to try and help out as much as they could within the bounds of what was possible. I would definitely come back to Skoda in the future..

The chap was American chap. Really liked him and warmed to him. Would have definitely bought a bar from.him but the fabia wasnt for me and I wasnt in the market for a more expensive car.

Communication from Mohammed in the service team has been really good

When I had a puncture on the 6th the tyre dealership found my locking wheel nut had been damaged, and the wheel could not be removed. After a visit to Lookers and several frustrating telephone calls, I collected the replacement nut on the 11th. That afternoon I visited a tyre dealership and they removed the wheel to find the brake disc had not properly been secured when the grub screw fell out. My car was off the road for 5 days in total, could someone please contact me regarding the issues found.

Josh was really pleasant, and easy to deal with, we just happened to find a better deal elsewhere, otherwise definitely would have looked to buy from him.

Fantastic Service wouldn't recommend anywhere else.
