The car I bought was not checked thoroughly before purchase. The air conditioning did not work and as a result I had to spend hours of my time sorting it out. This time had not been compensated for yet, merely my costs in re-gassing the vehicle. I would appreciate a gesture of goodwill. Apart from this, I was very impressed with the whole experience.

Very happy with the experience; it took some time to find the right vehicle and arrange everything but given Covid impacts a lot, totally understand. Sebastian was a great contact who took the time to explain things and very happy that I was only dealing with one person, made things more simple. On the Service Plan question above I don't think this was ever discussed, Ill need to check the documents. We only discussed the part-warranty that remained on the vehicle.
