Ok but had to ring to find out if my car was ready for collection? No evidence that my car had been sanatised (C19) no sticker saying so not as kia, same group, Lookers, not happy that you have to buy a usb cable to use the usb ports in car as they are type c so ports are not fit for purpose, cant use the cables that come with ur phone? But u want do anything, just a box ticking exercise

After booking an appointment I visited Skoda Stockport. The showroom and reception were spacious, looks clean and welcoming. There was a satisfactory choice of second hand cars on display. After making my choice the sale person did a good job at proposing several finance options and additional insurances for the car I was interested in. Finally it was the end of a certainly busy month and felt there was a bit of a rush resulting in one document not being completed on time when I was just preparing to drive the car out. This was sorted out. Overall a good place to go and purchase a car.

Lemarl was very helpful and when I had a problem with the car the day I bought it he immediately arranged for it to be dealt with
