Easy to use and understand Excellent support and service on my recent visit for a while you wait MOT arrived at 8am was shown to service desk, advised car was ready at about 9 30am by Shafi Islam who advised details of the MOT, escorted to the car approx 10 minutes after, excellent service thank youxx

The online booking system was relatively straightforward, but it didn't make it clear that a service had/hadn't been booked (I wanted an MOT and service). It was only by calling the customer advisor that I clarified that a service had not been booked via the online system - they then added the service onto my booking. Online checkin was very starightforward. Check-in on the day was easy as I'd done online check-in beforehand. I knew where the work was up to during the day with the online access, and so I knew when it was available for collection. Collection was straightforward as was booking a further appointment for the additional non-urgent work that was advised.
